I would like to share the experience recently involving your agent Helen Knight. Due to relocation of work, my friend and I have been seeking to buy a house, after several trips to the gold coast and unsuccessful searches we went to a viewing on Saturday the 26th July at Portland Place, Helensvale, hosted by Helen.
Upon meeting Helen she was amazing, very friendly, and informative and showed passion and a caring that is rare to find in an agent. Upon viewing the home she asked for our feedback and we said that the living areas and wall space was a little limited for our comfort. She then asked what we were looking for and we told her and she LISTENED and showed genuine interest in our search and us as individuals.
On Saturday the 27th Helen made contact and said he had an immediate listing and on spec thought it may suit us. As I was returning to Canberra she went above and beyond the bounds of the average agent to arrange for us to view the property within 40 minutes of the call….OUTSTANDING.
We were amazed she had taken interest in our search and we were taken by surprise by her genuine caring and passion, professionalism and friendliness and her willingness to work outside normal boundaries of expectation. We met her at Moonda court and her friendliness and passion and caring glowed, we were so impressed with the home we decided to make an offer and with Helen’s marvellous skills and assistance, it was accepted.
Both homes we viewed with Helen were very different experiences than any other agent we have dealt with in the gold coast or in Canberra. Helen created a comfortable atmosphere, enjoyable viewing experience and a fantastic, passionate, CLASSY, friendly service.
Thanks to Helen assisting us we have found the perfect home, and met an agent that is beyond words, her skill, her passion, her hardworking ethic and genuine caring shines above other agents and has actually wowed us. Helen is amazing in every way and we are so fortunate to have met her, as she turned house hunting into a pleasurable experience that is simply breathtaking, we cannot praise Helen highly enough.
In our time we have met a lot of agents and had dealings with several purchases and sales in the past and never before have we met an agent like Helen, she is an absolute joy to work with and is outstanding in every aspect of communication honesty integrity and professionalism, and we have no hesitation singing her praises to anybody that I/we meet and would highly recommend her to anybody thinking of buying or selling.
